From Field to Fork … Our butchery is stocked with our home reared Devon Beef, Lamb and local Pork.
The meat we sell is either reared on our farm in Honiton (Hayne Farm), or is supplied from other local farms in the area.
Complete traceability is ensured and our customers can have total confidence in knowing where our meat comes from. Our meat is of the highest quality, all our beef is hung in the traditional way for 21 days ensuring extra tenderness and flavour.
We make our own varieties of award-winning Sausages and Burgers.
Our experienced and friendly staff are on hand to offer advice, and will prepare and cut meat to your requirements. Look out for our dry cured Bacon, top quality Pork, Gammon & Ham. We also have a range of poultry from Creedy Carver in Crediton and Ark Chicken in Silverton.
The use of local produce means that not only can we can control the quality, but we can also minimise the food miles attached to the produce. Our approach allows us to also concentrate on seasonal foods, making the most of what is available at different times of the year.
